Witam!

     Po raz 45 odbędzie się w Bolesławcu spotkanie artystów na Międzynarodowym Plenerze Ceramiczno–Rzeźbiarskim. Po raz pierwszy mam zaszczyt być Komisarzem Pleneru. Chciałbym, aby “SPOTKANIE“ stało się tematem przewodnim 45-tej edycji pleneru. Jako spotkanie artystów i publiczności (odbiorców sztuki), różnych postaw twórczych, idei, interpretacji tematu, wielu kreacji artystycznych i działań w medium jakim jest glina. Spotkanie jest tym szczególnym zdarzeniem, w którym biorąc udział, wnosimy, coś z samych siebie, dialog z innymi wpływa na nas i nie pozostawia obojętnymi. Historia pleneru pokazała jakim jest ważnym spoiwem, budulcem, podstawą kreatywnych zachowań. Idea spotkania od zawsze wpływała i pobudzała do działań organizatorów i artystów tworzących to wydarzenie. Chciałbym więc tym razem z przekorą zatytułować je “SPOTKANIE“.

     Spotkanie to znak graniczny, kamień węgielny – jest źródłem ożywczej materii, kresem a jednocześnie początkiem drogi…Czym jest dla Was?

Welcome!

     For the forty-fifth time a meeting of artists will take place within the International Ceramic-and-Sculpture Workshop in Boleslawiec. For the first time I have the honour of being the curator of the workshop. I wish “Meeting“ became the focal topic of the forty-fifth edition of the workshop. I understand it as a meeting of the artists with the audience (art recipients), a meeting of varied creative attitudes, ideas, subject interpretations, of many artistic releases and performances in the medium of clay. The meeting is a very special moment, when we bring in a bit of ourselves by joining it, and the dialogue with others have an influence on us and does not leave us indifferent. History of the plain air workshop reveals its importance as a binding medium, substance, ground for creative actions. The idea of the meeting has always influenced the organizers and artists who have co-created the event by provoking their activity. I would like to title it this time perversly: “MEETING“.

     A meeting is a border mark, a cornerstone, a source of animating matter, the end and at the same time the beginning of the road… What is it for you?
